Terms of Sale The Boston Medical Group, its affiliated medical and pharmaceutical practitioners are based in Australia. Australian rules and regulations therefore apply. Medication will only be dispensed from a compounding pharmacy upon the receipt of a prescription approved by one of our medical practitioners. The Boston Medical Group cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed or the correct use of products supplied. It lies on the purchaser to use any products supplied under the guidance of a physician. All submitted information by the purchaser is transmitted in a timely and formerly manner to the medical doctors so that they are able to review the orders made by the purchaser (patient) and personally contact them if necessary. The medical practitioner is solely responsible for the prescription of any medicine and this is based on the information provided by the patient (purchaser) in the submitted questionnaire. If the provided information by the patient is not sufficient enough for prescribing the medicine then the medical practitioner can reject such an order or request further information from the patient (purchaser). The pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that the correct product, in the correct amount and the correct strength is supplied to the correct patient as prescribed by the medical practitioner. The pharmacy dispenses branded or in the case the patent has expired, generic pharmaceutical products that are registered and manufactured in Australia. Australian patent law applies. All products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding BMG, its affiliated medical doctors and pharmacies and pharmacists free from all and any liability limited only by the laws of Australia. All shipments are by registered mail or courier and need to be signed for by the purchaser/client or mandatory who should be over 18 years of age. The Boston Medical Group is not responsible for losses, incorrect deliveries or product damage caused by improper handling by the shipping agent Once products have been dispensed and delivered by a pharmacy these products may not be returned to the pharmacy. Therefore order cancellations or alterations after the order has been delivered and /or shipped, cannot be accepted.
