Why is sex good for you?Sex is a basic human need central to a balanced and fulfilling life.bmg_couple1.jpg
In terms of our individual identity, our sexuality reflects who we are and how we relate to the world. Thus, when our sexuality is compromised, we experience problems of a very fundamental kind.

Please take the time to read this quote from Judith Sach’s book “The Healing Power of Sex”.

“If you are unsure of yourself and your capacity for dealing with others, your sexuality will give you the power to be assertive. If you experience chronic pain, sex will give you respite from it. If you find it hard to laugh in the face of career problems, money problems, personal neurosis, and children running amock, sex will restore your sense of humour. If you feel tired, depressed or dejected, sex will give you a lift”1.

Furthermore good sex means good health;

“The evidence from lower forms of life in the laboratory is startling and very persuasive. Golden hamsters allowed to copulate freely remained healthy even after being injected with cancer causing drugs where as their celibate compatriots sickened and died from the same injections. This is because androgens produced during sex increase our T-cells of the immune system and help fight off disease before it can take hold2.

If you are experiencing any one or even both of men’s most common sexual problems, Premature Ejaculation (PE) or Erectile Dysfunction (ED) The Boston Medical Group are available to help you.
